Many companies make this claim, and then the claim is followed by a series of hoops and traps to make your satisfaction guarantee more difficult and cumbersome. Not at Lifted Designs! If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply contact us and return the product. Each customer and purchase is unique. We can do everything from refund your purchase in full (less the shipping charge), to working out an exchange.
We strive to make sure your orders are accurate from the beginning of the order process. Most glass purchases are accompanied by photographs so that you can pick the actual piece you want. We often contact customers to verify they ordered the correct product before we ship... For example, just recently a customer ordered 14mm K Clips. These clips are rare and confusing. After contacting the customer we determined that they actually wanted the 19mm K Clips. Our satisfaction guarantee starts from the point you visit our site.

- 30 Day Return on any unused items only.
- There are no returns on detoxification products.
- If it's possible, keep all labels on the products and send back with the receipt.
- Be sure to include your contact information in the return package so we can contact you.
- We won't accept returns on any used product.
